1. About The Workshop

The Dream Job Workshop is a live online LinkedIn workshop conducted by Abhishek Agrawal. The workshop is designed to help job seekers understand how to use LinkedIn more effectively, improve profile visibility, understand recruiter-side insights, and build a stronger job-search presence.

The workshop is educational in nature and is not a job placement service, recruitment agency, or employment guarantee program.

2. Workshop Fee

The current workshop fee is ₹499 as part of a limited-time offer. The standard/original price may be shown as ₹1,000 on the website for offer comparison.

The fee must be paid in full before access to the workshop is provided.

3. Payment

Payments are processed securely through Razorpay or any other payment provider used on the website.

By making a payment, you confirm that the payment details provided by you are correct and that you are authorized to use the selected payment method.

Once the payment is completed successfully, you may receive confirmation through WhatsApp, email, SMS, or any other communication channel used by the workshop team.

4. Registration Details

You are responsible for providing accurate details while registering, including your name, phone number, WhatsApp number, and email address.

The workshop team will not be responsible if you miss important updates due to incorrect or incomplete information submitted during registration.

5. Workshop Access

Workshop joining details will be shared with registered participants through WhatsApp, email, or any other suitable communication channel.

You agree not to share the joining link, recording, materials, templates, or any private workshop resources with anyone else.

Access is meant only for the registered participant.

6. Recording and Materials

If a recording is provided, it is shared only for personal learning purposes. The recording, worksheets, templates, frameworks, slides, or any other materials shared during or after the workshop cannot be copied, distributed, resold, uploaded publicly, or shared with third parties without written permission.

7. Refund and Cancellation Policy

The workshop fee is generally non-refundable once payment is completed because the seat is reserved and access arrangements are made immediately.

However, refunds may be considered only in the following cases:

• Duplicate payment made by mistake
• Payment deducted but registration not confirmed
• Workshop cancelled by the organizer and no alternate session is provided

If you believe you are eligible for a refund, you must contact us within 48 hours of payment with your payment details.

Approved refunds, if any, will be processed to the original payment method within the timeline followed by the payment gateway or banking partner.

8. Rescheduling

The organizer reserves the right to reschedule the workshop due to unavoidable circumstances, technical issues, speaker availability, platform issues, or any other reason.

If the workshop is rescheduled, registered participants will be informed through WhatsApp, email, or another communication channel. Your registration will remain valid for the rescheduled session.

9. No Job Guarantee

The workshop is created to educate and guide participants on LinkedIn profile improvement, visibility, networking, and job-search strategy.

We do not guarantee:

• A job offer
• Interview calls
• Recruiter messages
• Salary increase
• Profile views
• LinkedIn growth
• Career switch success
• Any specific professional outcome

Your results depend on your background, skills, consistency, market conditions, profile quality, and how you apply the learnings.

10. Testimonials and Results

Any testimonials, examples, reviews, or participant results shown on the website are for informational and illustrative purposes only.

They do not guarantee that you will achieve the same or similar results.

11. User Conduct

You agree not to:

• Misuse the workshop link
• Share paid materials publicly
• Record the session without permission
• Disturb the live session
• Use abusive, offensive, or inappropriate language
• Misrepresent the workshop or the organizer
• Attempt to copy, resell, or redistribute the workshop content

The organizer reserves the right to remove any participant from the workshop without refund if they violate these terms.

12. Intellectual Property

All content shared during the workshop, including slides, frameworks, examples, checklists, recordings, templates, and written material, is the intellectual property of the organizer unless otherwise stated.

You may use the content for your personal learning only. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, sell, or commercially use the content without written permission.

13. Third-Party Platforms

The workshop may use third-party tools and platforms such as Razorpay, WhatsApp, email tools, video conferencing platforms, or other services.

We are not responsible for technical issues, downtime, payment gateway delays, internet problems, or service interruptions caused by third-party platforms.

14. Communication Consent

By registering for the workshop, you agree to receive communication related to the workshop through WhatsApp, email, SMS, phone call, or other digital channels.

This may include payment confirmation, joining details, reminders, updates, recordings, support messages, and future relevant learning opportunities.

15. Limitation of Liability

The workshop team, organizer, speaker, or associated partners will not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, financial, professional, or career-related loss resulting from your participation in the workshop or use of the information shared.

You are responsible for your own decisions, actions, applications, profile updates, networking activity, and career choices.
